The reason I love this movie

Let's be honest here. Overall, this a very forgettable film. Except for two people. Brad Dourif, and Stephen Macht. Particularly Stephen Macht as Warwick.

He's just so over the top and insanely quotable. This movie is one of four we always watch around Halloween. And after we do, my friends and I go around quoting Warwick for about a week after. "Shows...OVAH! Everybody go back to doin' what they were doin'." - "(whispered)Yeah" <--- Which by the way, is apparently something Stephen Macht just says.

I'm watching an episode of Highlander as we speak, and Macht is playing a Russian bad guy. He says to Duncan on the phone "I'll see you in the ground, before you see me...yeah". I love it! :)

Ya eveh work the graveyahd shift?

(Whispers)Yeah.

Couldn't agree more. This is a b movie gem in my eyes. I love both performances you mentioned and I'd even add David Andrews to the list. His performance is far more subtle and doesn't really offer much but I just liked him in the role. The cinematography is also top tier and has great atmosphere.. Adios mother *beep*

i'd easily recommend this movie over crap like Twilight or the Transformers movies.

This is a pretty good overall production, really - from script to print. I've always loved the look of it, the sound design, the gothic atmosphere.

It's a fun movie and a yearly re-watch for myself and a group of friends. We actually just watched it last weekend. Warwick is indeed hilarious, and even a more minor character, like Brad Dourif's exterminator, is a blast to watch. The guy's chewing is as over the top as Macht's acting. This isn't a movie that deserves to be broken down or analyzed. It's a fun movie to sit down, crack a beer, and have a few good laughs with good friends.

I love Warwick. His attack on the ratbat is just the ultimate in badassery lol. He bites it and everything!

all around good performances but due must be given to the sweat dripping from the face of every character in the cotton mill

I enjoyed Graveyard Shift. It features an intriguing monster, although some of the performances are below par, overall it's an ok way to kill ninety minutes.

It's all a deep end.

Warwick is easily one of the greatest sleazeball movie villains/anti heroes of all time.
