She looked so old but still beautiful last I saw her a year or so ago. She, like Prince's former girlfriend whose name escapes me at this moment, are quite in touch with their religious pursuits and appear to be doing very well.

You would be referring to Vanity. And I think Apollonia sometimes still acts & goes to media things...

I was wondering where she was too. It's funny how "Jill" was in the movie though. Yeah, the blond who worked at the club on Purple Rain. I guess she was Kid's chick on the side the whole time?! lol.

Too HOT To Handle!!! Too COLD To Hold!!!

Do find that funny. Dont even recall how long it was till I realized it was her. I still look at the movie versus Purple Rain and be like dang.

Apollonia on Telling Prince the "Graffiti Bridge" Script was a "Piece of ****"

In the latest clip, Apollonia explained why the "Purple Rain" sequel, "Graffiti Bridge," failed to match the success of its predecessor. After touching on her solo deal and explaining that Prince was upset that she negotiated a deal with Warner using his managers, she recalled telling Prince the script for "Graffiti Bridge" was "a piece of s***." Apollonia also said Prince had trouble getting financial backing for the film and spent some of his own money to complete the film. She claimed the issue with the film, and other business failures, was that no one would tell Prince "no."
