Most ridiculous scene in the movie?

While nowhere near in the same league as the other two films GFIII had some memorable good stuff in it. The best maybe being Michaels confession, that was truly powerful. But also some really bad scenes.

I'm torn between the Michael "Benny Hill" stroke scene and the "Lucky Coat" (which they apparently nailed to the wall) scene during the helicopter attack. But the worst scene has to be Altobellos death. He looks like he is about to sneeze, while still holding his Canolli and then just slumps over like he fell asleep. What an epic struggle. Really hits home the agony of being poisoned.

I think the Gold Medal Winner is the Sofia Coppola death scene. People in the theater actually laughed at her goofy facial expression and Valley Girl “Dad?”.

Any scene with Sofia Coppola trying to act was ridiculous.

I have to give you that. This and the finale.

I don't think any scenes were ridiculous. I know a lot of people say they were, like Sophia's acting, but they are really just jumping on the III hate bandwagon. Was it as good as one or two? Of course not! Did it have its moments? Yes, for a film sequel done almost 20 years after the first two it was well done and introduced Andy Garcia. Could it have been better? Of course!

The Untouchables introduced Andy Garcia... just for the record.

I couldn't stand that entire opera sequence, all 3 films end with a killing montage and in the first two they were beyond epic but the opera music absolutely killed the 3rd one.

Having said this I would never call Part III a bad movie, it isn't, it's just vastly inferior to the first two which are cinematic masterpieces.
