What city is that at the beginning?

I saw palm trees when they (Danny, Amanda, and Diane) were looking at Bill flying out the window. I'm guessing Los Angles or somewhere in California. Never been there personally, just going by what I've seen on tv, movies, pics, etc...

the neighborhood and street scenes were Pasadena I believe, the river was Idaho
