I know this movie is a comedy but the scene with him drilling his head is beyond sick! I felt so squeamish whenever he did that! 

I was squeamish over the scrubbing of the bunions on the detached foot.

That was pretty gross too! The idea of someone drilling their head is sick though, it could kill them or give them serious brain damage! Only a demented person would want to do that to themselves! 

Very realistic, the guy drills his head without a drop of blood.

Yeah, because if there's one thing you should demand from a movie like this, it's realism.

That grossed me out too! All I kept thinking was how he's scrambling up his brains and damaging himself mentally (because he obviously wasn't dying).

This whole film was crazy!

Mogwai come much responsibility.

Really? Squeamish?! But there wasn't even any blood!
I found it pretty hilarious, I must admit. Such a bizarre movie! Can't decide what I think of it just yet, feel like I like it though.
