Just found out on DVDAf that MGM will be releasing a Manufactured-On-Demand DVD-R of this film on June 14th. It will most likely Not have any bonus material, but at least it's coming out on Region 1 DVD.
shareBetter late than never. I was lucky enough to find this on VHS in a thrift store for $2, and it was money well spent.
What is the quality of the DVD-R, and is it at least widescreen?
According to the link below, it's presented in its original 2.35 aspect ratio.

Thanks for the reply. That's good to hear, and at least it has a trailer. The cinematography on this is very impressive – better than the story, actually. It's a worthwhile film nonetheless, and I'm glad it's on DVD-R.
