It's not technically a Goof as the song is not actually there in the scene, it's part of the soundtrack.

No band in the scene is playing it. No Jukebox, or radio in the scene is playing it.
The Character's cannot hear it as it isn't there in their reality.
It's only being heard by the Audience watching the film.

So it is not anachronistic as it isn't in the scene.

The song that was playing in the scene gets cut short as the fight breaks out.
That's when Stevie ray Vaughn's song starts playing (for the audience only, not "in-scene")
