What is Operation Condor and The Armpour of God 1 and 2?? Is it the same movie?

That's hella confusing. :P I was led here because I was trying to figure out which was which.
Part 1 in the USA = Part 2 in Asia [1991]
Part 2 in the USA = Part 1 in Asia [1987]
The USA naming should be wrong/changed since "Part 1" of any series should be whichever movie that was made first. In this case, "Armor of God" (Asia) should be Part 1.
The US re-name lots of films for no reason.

For me, being a JC fan for years before he was famous outside of Asia. I knew which film was which anyway.
The reason these film's titles are the wrong way around was due to the fact Asian films were not that big back then and the 1st film had not been released in the US.
But the 2nd one was. Then as this film did so well, the decided to release the 1st film in the US AFTER the 2nd.
Hence the title mix up.
