Was the killer the better psychic of the two?

After watching the entire show, were you at all convinced that the Shadow Man was infact a better psychic than Casey Bridges? She made that claim in the police station after the killer took her along with him on the mall killing. I would have to say that the most impressive thing the killer was able to do in the movie was how he found out where detective Webber lived and was able to enter the home with ease. And as the Shadow Man then said to Casey, "he could get to anyone". However he (shadow man) was able to find out where Casey lived as well, which was also amazing, but you would think he would have had a stronger connection to her than to the detective. So after pointing this out, would these feats have made the Shadow Man a more powerful effective psychic, since Casey in the movie never came up with address's? Oh, I just remembered how Casey found out the killer was at the laundromat, so excuse me I was wrong with how she failed too find address's. Casey finding out about what mall they were at I wouldn't think of as, as impressive as the killer finding two resident's in a city as big as LA.
