This has been bugging me for some time, but why do movies like this when aired on television contain deleted scenes but for some reason cannot be put on the dvd?

I'd like to know that too, like Jaws, and Problem Child 1 and 2.

They probably do not pay the DVD makers enough to do so. If I were in charge I would certainly have every DVD have deleted scenes.

Ew, no. Those deleted scenes are usually deleted for a reason.
