It is Carlos Segarra (Ex- LOS REBELDES). if you realize credits at begeninnig of the film, it is said... Music: carlos Segarra.
Then, when you hear the voice singing you cannot help reminding him.
As far as I suposse you are Spanish, for sure you remember THE REBELDES, 'Balo la luz de la luna', 'Mescalina' or this:' ella es miiiiía...aunque nunca esté a mi lado...uohh-oh-oh'
