Opening Scene

I remember when I first watched this movie over 10 years ago, there was an opening scene in which Michael Eisner, Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse are looking for Scrooge & the Nephews around Disneyland, only to find them in jail; then Eisner and Scrooge had a conversation, and when it's over, the movie begins.
Can anyone tell me what was that opening scene about, and what was the conversation between Eisner & Scrooge?
