OOP DVD

so this is one of the many MGM DVDs that was probably pressed in limited quantities and now goes for like hundred bucks, like Maxie with Glenn Close and Ruth Gordon.
Has it ever been issued anywhere else? I don't wanna have to spend that much!
I still have the original US VHS tape but I'd love to see it in widescreen and in HD.
