Great villain....

Stuart is one of my favorite action movie villains. I think it's kinda sad how he gets overlooked for Hans and Simon. Don't get me wrong, Hans and Simon are great villains also but I think Stuart was way more ruthless then they were. He f------ crashed a plane killing 100+ people just to prove a point! That's pretty cold blooded. When it came down to a one on one between him and McClane, he bodied McClane lol. The most John could do to him was give him a few punches to the gut and bite him lol. Stuart really felt pretty dangerous to me. More so than any other villain in the series.

and he was hot in this movie too! LOL. But looks aside, I agree...he was cold as ice and that's what makes him my favorite Die Hard villain and this my fave of the series...yes, there is a lot of willing suspension of disbelief that needs to be applied to this movie, but it's still fun to watch and holds up well after 25 years.

I agree 100% wholeheartedly with both you. He's the greatest villain of the series in the best film of the series.

I'll let you know when I come-up with a new signature, .

No villain in the series, not even Hans, ever committed a terrorist act as horrific as what Stuart did with Windsor fligh 114.

No way could they even show that in films now lol.

reply

I completely agree. He was fantastic.

And, just think about it, we're talking about the Grim Reaper from:

Stuart and his men got the best death out of the series imo. That's was pretty awesome how McClane took out a 747 with a zippo lol.

William Saddler is one of my favorite actors. He did a great job playing the villain in this movie. On a side note, John Amos was pretty good too.
