Who thinks this is the Sin city of the 90s?
I mean Sin City maybe more adult but DT was the SC of the 90s in terms of similar comic book styling and all that.

@Johnlindsey281 Roark Junior (the yellow freak) reminded me of the villains in this movie, so I watched it again. Then when I saw Steve the Tramp I'm like, "It's Marv!"

Not sure if I'd call it the Sin City of its time though, because the tones of both movies are so different.
