Sin City hands down!
What also hurts Dick Tracy (and this is MY own opinion)...Warren Beatty!! He's as delightful in the role as Kevin Costner is in....pretty much EVERYTHING!

I personally love Dick Tracy much more. It's a much more entertaining and creative film, with an A++ cast, impeccable make-up and a great story.

Sin City, I was never a fan of Dick Tracy.

Two-way wrist radio? Two-way wrist TV? How quaint.
Sin City, on the other hand, is timeless.
And my friend’s big band, The White Heat Swing Orchestra, played the music for the Tracy soundtrack.
Sin City, easily. Dick Tracy has a lot going for it, but like a lot of comic-book films of its time, far too much emphasis is placed on its look and A-list cast and not enough on story. Without a mobile device on hand, can anyone give a succinct plot summary of this movie?
