In the hierarchy of Chuck Norris’ film career, Delta Force 2 ranks somewhere between the middle and the upper echelons of his action catalog. Never bad or outright boring, its momentum is easily stolen by its calmer moments, but the action scenes that eventually happen are absurd to the nth degree, making Delta Force 2 an inconsistent but mostly entertaining romp with Chuck.
