Billy Drago steals the movie!

His insane performance as the drug kingpin is amazing! He is leering, rolling his eyes, cocking his neck in every scene! He has a custom-built gas chamber in his mansion for watching his enemies die. I howled at that one! Not to mention his death scene, which is one of the best ever(see the movie). The way he kept victimizing that woman was beyond slimy, but slimy is what Billy Drago is known for...

I agree. Check also THE UNTOUCHABLES. He is really good in that one too

reply

Sure..he pulls off the character and all, but...

WHY DOESN'T HE EVER BLINK?! Watch the movie again and notice that Drago does not blink once in the movie! Ever! He acts like he's too lazy to blink for something. He also acts like he has down synodrome. What gives?

Billy Drago is a bad actor. Between Drago and John P. Ryan it was difficult to choose the worse one.

You better hope and pray that Mr. John P. Ryan himself never reads that message ricedealer.

Your death may be approaching more quickly than you think!

Billy Drago is part Native American, hence his facial features.

My friends and I were thinking that maybe--just maybe--Drago's character is sampling his own cocaine. Or, if not, he's on some other drug--but either way, he's on something.

I mean, dude, the lack of blinking, the dazed head-tilting, the touchy-feely-ness with his own henchmen...and then the flipping out and stabbing people he doesn't like. I don't know for certain, but I'd say that Ramon Cota is probably on drugs, himself.

Hahahaha, you really made me laugh with this :)

If you watch his other films, you'll notice he doesn't blink in them either. I think Drago is half Native American and half Gypsy (on his board a poster said Transylvanian Gypsy).

Oh yeah, he's an amazing underrated actor. He should've been chosen as Sanchez for "Licence To Kill", he made a convincing drug lord. I'm surprised why he hasn't been in anything else, he's terrific.

reply

Yeah, he kicks ass in this movie.

If I had to make a list of my favorite top 10 bad guys in action movies. He would be one of the first ones on the list. Didn't really like him in many other movies but I enjoyed his performance here.

reply

He played a really sleazy character so believably well. He creeped me out just watching the movie.

100% agreed with the OP! My favorite villain in a Chuck Norris movie!

Prostitute: What the *beep* are you doing?
Johnny: I'm gonna kill a bunch of people.

reply

Drago always the steal the limelight when playing a villain.
Check out "Vamp".

Yeah, um, mmm, *cough* *cough*

reply

No way!
Mr. Chuck Norris is the best in this movie.
