Ive known about the film for years but ive never seen it. I used to be a big Troma fan, but ive kind of grown out of it, however every now and then i'll enjoy watching the Toxic Avenger or Cannibal the musical. So is this film actually scary or is it a comedy?

When people label a movie "Worst Ever", they obviously never seen this film.
Uh.. this movie is dreadful. I guess you can say it's scary like Vampire in Brooklyn.
My recommendation is that you see Tales From The Hood.

Yeah Tales From The Hood is much better movie. This movie was ok though, better than most Troma movies that's for sure. Samuel L. Jackson is barely in the movie though.

It's never terribly scary, but it's not bad at all and an interesting part of the Troma filmography.

It's not a ground breaking film but it's definitely not the worse. It's entertaining and reflects a lot of the atmosphere of it's time, the Late 80's-Early 90's.
