Comic book Hulk wouldn't have been killed by falling out of an airplane. That was pathetic. Comic book Hulk would've landed on his feet and been okay.

Kelloway: Doyle, get in the car.
Doyle: But I ordered Onion Rings.
Kelloway: Doyle!

He could have been in a coma, but David only thought he was dying.
