Classic Van Damme jail movie or what?

Im not sure if this movie inspired other movies after but it seemed to envelope all the good prison cliches:
-The cop that has to go undercover in jail and get badly beaten up.
- The corrupted racist guard
- The tough guy with a missing eye.
-The crazy inmate with his own tent, his own chicks and his own phone.
- The crazier psychopath killer who can resist to bullets AND fire. (Played wonderfully by Patrick Kilpatrick "the guy with the Joker's face")
-The inmate that tattooed the name of his victims.
-Classic Quote before kissing scene in aotrailer: "You look like hell."
"You too."
Verdict: Solid Van Damme movie 7.1/10

This movie is a classic! You have Art Lafluer busting peanut shells with his billy club. You have the nazis getting upset at the new white boy trying to hang loose with the bruthas. Also, I really like the fight scene with 'Bruce' and Paco in the laundry room....just classic Van Damme.
