Okay, so Peyton frames Paulie by pretending to be him and makes the pickup for him at that deli. However, how did he dress Paulie? I know he knocked Paulie out so he'd be asleep longer, but we see him asleep in his PJ's before Peyton leaves the apartment and then when the hoods break in to demand the money, Paulie is dressed. How did Peyton dress him? Wouldn't that be a little difficult for him to do? It isn't like Paulie is a shrimp.

First, Westlake was sitting outside the apartment building, probably waiting for Durant and his boys to leave for some reason, assuming they wouldn't kill Paulie. It's once they do that he realises 'oh god, what have I done?'
Also, they establish that Westlake has enhanced strength, especially when he gets angry, and considering Paulie is one of the guys who messed up his face, he could easily use his strength to change Paulie's clothes
