HI all, I know the crazy Major Fambourg (?) was nuts but in the trivia section, it says he had delusions of grandeur, thought he was a king and Dunbar was a knight. Where do they get that assessment from? Why does he say " I've pissed in my pants and no one can do a thing about it"? Simply because he is crazy? It's these strange little nuances that seem to catch my eye in movies. ...

I think he meant that he was in charge and he could do what he wants.

"I did not ascend to this position by being stupid." Best line of the movie!

He called Dunbar a knight. Told him he was sending him on a knights errand.'

The dude was likely drunk (one can hear the bottles in his desk) and/or had mental health issues.
