Why the Helicopter Ride from Institution

Here is the reason why Emery and Dr. Elizabeth Bayler and Kathy Burgess and the team had to escape the institution on that helicopter ride. At Druckers Ad Agency, Emery had a problem of falling behind on his work getting ads ready for presentation and what does he do he gets together ads of honesty that Mr. Drucker didn't like so because of that Mr. Drucker and Steve have him sentenced to an institution to help him because of that, however while he is in that institution, two things happen. Yes he didn't want to come there and because of Sherry walking out on him, a girl he was going out with, he meets Kathy Burgess and he falls in love with her the minute she comforts him there and shows him her special private treehouse place. However meantime at Druckers Agency, while Emery was in the institution his ads got printed by mistake and they became such a big hit so Mr. Drucker told Steve we must get Emery back to do those honest ads right away.

However Emery didn't want to leave because of Kathy and he grew to like it and he liked the other friends there that he made too. Yes Steve made him offers of all the money in the world he wanted and any girl on his planet will do what he wants but its not true love. He could have however had Steve arrange to have Kathy come with him back to the agency but she didn't want to leave her other friends and Emery didn't want to leave that other place and if Emery did refuse to write ads, then Mr. Drucker would cancel his insurance so the only fair thing was that, Emery and his team would write the honest ads together.

That did work out and Mr. Drucker was still happy about it but however he was taking all the credit for the work they did and to show appreciation all he did was offer them stupid pens. Emery got mad at Drucker and told him off, but however, they tried to do the honest ads themselves but their minds were total blank because only Emery and the others at the institution knew how to do the ads . So Mr. Drucker figured that the best way to get them back was to give them cars instead of pens.

There was another kink in the plan too when Dr. Baylers associate Dr. Koch came back and got mad at her for turning the institution around just to keep Emery on. Plus Dr. Koch was not happy about those cars coming either. So Mr. Drucker who wants to be in control of those institution people makes a crazy deal with Dr. Koch. That causes him to fire Dr. Bayler, Dr. Koch lies to Emery things about Kathy of her brother being made up and showing a million other guys her special place and making Emery want to leave. However when Emery leaves and George give him over 100 Hello cards in his box, he notices that Kathy was telling the truth about her brother and meantime at the institution the others are upset because of Emery and Dr. Bayler being gone that they purposely mess up the Sony Account for Druckers Agency and Mr. Drucker is mad at Dr. Koch and Dr. Koch makes terrible threats on them.

Emery however after noticing Kathys note about her brother in the hello box gets Kathys brother Adam and her pilot to get the helicopter and he locates Dr. Bayler also. Then they go back to the institution pick up Kathy and the others and together they decide to open up their own Advertising Agency starting with the Sony Account.

Probably with money Dr. Bayler had saved and money Emery had saved they must have enlarged Emerys house in Long Island with the millions Sony paid them and built a new combination home and office for their advertising agency and Dr. Bayler would still help them out in any problems they had.

However Emery might have had all the cars they got from Druckers Agency shipped to them on a truck that carries cars or maybe they got new cars if possible and yes Kathy and Emery did have some privacy in their relationship too.
