email me [email protected]

it's been a while since i checked this posting

reply

oh its legit, i got the copy from the star of the movie

It's really a legal copy? I read that the reason it's so hard to find was because of a lawsuit after the initial batch of VHS tapes. Did that finally get resolved?
So do you know where to buy another DVD or the soundtrack? For that matter, what was the soundtrack called? I heard it has a different title for some reason.

There was, to my knowledge, no soundtrack release. The Young Adults released a tape called "Helping Others" culled from their two nights of shooting the film. It's got some songs from the movie, it's missing some from the movie, and it's got some songs not in the movie. It's ONLY the Young Adults -- all the brilliant Stanley Matis songs aren't on it. Far as I know, it's never been officially released as a CD; you might be able to find someone who's transferred it to digital. (In fact, if you reply with your email, you'll have a much easier time finding one. Trust me.) Stanley Matis also released a tape of his songs which feature a lot of the "Morris Brock" stuff from the movie ("New Jersey," "Why do we feed the broads?" "Dead Guy," "Buster Christ" and others.)
