Nine Inch Nails?

In a review, it was said that a Nine Inch Nails song is in this movie. I have seen the film several times, but that was years ago, so I really can't remember. It must have been before Pretty Hate Machine, so which song was it?

reply

it was the song "head like a hole" of the album "pretty hate machine" which was released in 1989. this movie was filmed in 1989/1990, so this song probably just came out and was new in the charts.
you can hear the song in the playing in the background in this discotheque when one of the gangmembers is on the telephone.

That's really awesome! How come it isn't listed here on IMDB, though? As Reznor's work, that is.

reply

because nobody knew what song it is when watching the movie or not even having heard the song in the background?? i think the song probably also isn't listed in the credits of the movie, so it's obvious why it isn't listed on imdb. i mean, song wasn't produced especially for this movie, the movie just used it.

i think it should be listed here on imdb anyway. anyone knows how to do this??

Received the DVD today. Really fun to hear Head like a Hole in the background. And the movie itself was as cool and cheesy as ever.

Edit:

"T. Reznor" and Nine Inch Nails as a whole is actually mentioned during the credits.

So that proves this crappy movie was right on the cusp of the time when music really got totally crappy. Now go put on your flannel and jam to some pearl jizz.
