Are Nancy Everhard and Cynthia Nixon related?

I just saw this movie on late night TV in Japan. I was sure the character Cindy was Cynthia Nixon. Then I checked this site and found it was Nancy Everhard. No photo for her but the cover for Demonstone has her on it. When I searched the net I found a poster for the same movie with a more detailed photo of her, and I still think the two actors look identical.

Well, Nancy was born in Ohio and Cynthia born in New York. To me I don't see a family resemblence. And now that Nancy is 50 something I see no close resemblence at all to Cynthia.

Be careful there jellico-3, Nancy won't be 50 for another 3 months or so. Five months to-the-day from your posting.

I got exactly the same impression after watcing MacGyver, episode "Log Jam". Everhard is the same as Nixon. Of course the ages and the year did not match, but I just guessed that "Nixon's" styling made her look old.
