Terminator?

Am I the only one who got a Terminator vibe in the factory scene?

reply

Well now because of you I'm gonna get the vibe each time I see the factory scene!

You're right.. hehe you know each time I watched that scene it reminded me of some 'setting' or somewhere, I just couldn't put my finger on it.

yep. though it would have felt more Terminator if they kept Chucky as a 'doll' instead of having him be human by that point. so instead of hearing him screaming in agony and bleeding all over the place...it would have been cool to see him feel little to no pain and be completely unstoppable because of it.

but they only go with that aspect in the first film with burning him and what not.

instead we get what seems like a pissed off little person.

Funny thing is, the theme for Child's Play 3 sounds oddly like the Terminator theme.

reply

Amen to that. Specially the ending theme.

"The truth is that I miss you so... And I'm tired."

In part 1, Chucky is burned and everyone assumes he's dead, comes back to life. Then he's dismembered, everyone assumes he's dead, comes back to life. Same ending of The Terminator.
