the blond bully on the bus

Why did that kid shove Andy on the bus? He didn't do anything to him! He also was picking on Andy in class, I hate kids like that!

Because that's how bullies are in the real world. I was hoping Chucky would give that brat some comeuppance before he left the school.

yep bullies in the real orld do this all the time, they target 'weaker' people or people they do not know. There often does not have to be a reason.

Really, it's a contrivance of the writer who is trying to make us feel as sorry as possible for Andy.

While I'm not saying that similar bullying doesn't occur in real life, in real life bullying is rarely acted first then spoken later. The absence of words from the bully, who has just met his victim remember, makes him kind of unrealistic.

If you're looking for a general answer as to why kids bully, it's entirely a status thing. They bully because they're afraid of being bullied, which means they have probably been bullied themselves in the past and that triggered the behaviour.

Kids will generally not start bullying as a physical thing, since physical conflict is exactly what they're worried about.

Nah, that's bull bro. They bully because they are psychos, plain and simple. Just like Chucky.

I think he was the son of Chucky. Andy should have taken care of him.
