who did you think the bad guy was throughout the movie?

what an enjoyable piece partly, i thought there was quite some contrast between the cop scenario and the kid with the drawings, funny i must have seen that woman in many things but i can't think of one. i can't recall ever hearing of this movie even though that kid is pretty famous, if this movie was made today, she could have just picked up a cellphone when she was outside that storeroom in the end. i thought for a while that the main male character there was the bad guy.


there were lights in room,
good folks too,
and all above town,
there was bright blue sunny sky,
can you take me back there,
i see there is no way,
my eyesight hurts and i can't see clear,
too much grit in the soul after all these years,
so i travel through a dark death road,
in a coach without any destination to go,
sure, i can feel the sun burn on my skin as i roll,
but that's about all, it don't reach the soul anymore,
i see there is no way,
and there is no muddy road back to the sand mill,
to drop back all the grit,
even if you come along some noon, stepping in with a map,
i'd only think you play me a fool, there's no way back.
