Why is this so rare?

So, the scoop - on Amazon, the video of this for the UK is £50.

£50 for a VHS!!

I paid £3 on ebay. Ebay is God.

But why the hell is it so rare, that it would be that expensive? There are so many much much worse movies out there, how come this movie, which is decent, and stars Billy Connolly as well as Liam Neeson (two HUGELY popular actors!), so hard to find, and so expensive when you do? I just don't understand it!
