I thought the bloody rape scene in the first Basket Case was WAY more horrifying/disturbing than what happened in this one.

Don't remember the Belial girlfriends name (Eve or sumptin'?) but it was meant to be comically horrifying because we had until then actually got to see Eve's complete look yet. We just saw she had much more normal attractive female hands - and the center of her face was the same (attractive).

However what's wrong with the 2 horribly deformed creatures getting together? Nothing. During the actual "intercourse", I found it kind of amusing, as she seemed to have legs (that Belial was completely missing) and they were going up and down, lol!

BTW I would've been curious (don't remember if Granny Ruth mentioned anything about Eve's backstory - just found her?) if she too was a separated siamese twin or sumptin'.
