i saw the english one and as a fan of the book i'd love to see this one can anyone tell me if it's due to come out on dvd?

In the U.K. it is! Not in the USA, though you may find it as a VHS rental if you poke around!
shareDoes anybody know who to contact to petition for "Back Home"'s release on DVD? I'd love to have a copy of this one as it was a childhood favorite. It is more faithful to the book than the UK movie.
