Does anyone else remember a documentary in the late 90's that dealt with a case like this?

I think there were 6 or 7 people in a hospital ward affected by the same symptons as in this film. They were all from a local neighborhood around New York i think and all different ages.

It turned out they had all used heroin or cocaine from a batch that had been cut with some chemical that destroyed the Basal Ganglia in their brains, causing the Parkinsons like symptons.

Was it a millionaire who said "Imagine no possessions"?
