I believe the title of the movie was either 'Lawyer in Lace' or 'Fleshpots.'
The titles of the movies are displayed on the theater marquee when Jack and Reggie chase after the bikers. Don't know if any of these titles are available on DVD though.

Bodacious Ta' Ta's (1985). I wondered what that movie was for a long time, until I asked Kitten Natividad herself about it some 10 years ago. She said, "Bodacious Ta' Ta's" instantly; she didn't even have to think about it. The actual movie is in color, not black and white like it appears in Another 48 Hrs.
