Question About The Ending...Some Spoilers...
Kid Collins meant to leave the gun out of his pocket so Fay shoots and kills him?
And in the book, for those who have read it, is the ending the same?
As far as I can recall, not having read the book for quite a while, the film's ending is pretty faithful to that of the novel. In fact, the film as a whole is pretty faithful to the novel; but the novel's very cinematic anyway, and could almost be used as a shooting script.
