Should be released on DVD with English subtitles!

Come on, now. This film was apparently well received among Russian audiences. Doesn't anyone think Americans would be curious to know how Russians portray their own war? Keep in mind that during most of the Soviet-Afghan war, Russians themselves were kept in the dark about it, and because of the Cold War, Americans understood very little about Russian attitudes toward the war.

It's time to put this on a DVD that Americans and other Westerners can easily find.
