The fisherman who the kids meet when they go on a date, he turns up in Sonatine too. He's a hit man. Am I just dreaming this?

a fisherman does turn up, but its not the same guy (or actor at least). i know what you mean though, i saw sonatine before i saw this and the whole time i was expectime him to cap them!
