Mini

I like the film, but I wish they didn't put it so that the typical stereo typed the British so much, for example which hire companies would have rented a mini? The answer is none of them !

The way the film is potrayed is that all the British once drove these cars, just a bit teeth grinding

I'm just watching it now and I can t stand the way they have portrayed the British.

I am from England, born and bred, and I thought it was hilarious when they were in the mini!. My mum used to drive one. It's a comedy. Don't take it too seriously 😊.

I'm English born and raised and I wasn't offended by any of the stereotypes they used. None of them were offensive and I just thought they were funny. Plus the parts with them in the mini were funny so I was fine with it.

I love all the 'classic' Minis (the ones made by Morris and Austin, I mean....plus all their derivatives) and thought that this red one (a Rover) was quite nice to see.

Less attractive, was the way it was presented as a 'clunker'. No rental company would offer any car in such a bad state of tune. Still, it filled the comedic role that was required for the film.

(I own a 'classic' Morris Cooper S, and therefore, am probably a little bit biased....)
