Trying to find episode (Joe's OCD)...

Can anyone help me find the episode when Brian picks on Joe's obsession with neatness by rotating one of the pot handles in the kitchen? Joe walks in and notices right away and fixes it.:)

Holy cow, if you're right then you are my hero! Unfortunately I might not even be able to check, I was hoping the series was on Netflix and it's not.  Anyway I find that part hilarious.

Actually when Helen becomes friends with Gail, they start talking about all his quirks so they do that too and he finds it immediately. That actually sounds like the Lady's who lunch episode. I think when Brian does it that it's a different episode, but I'm not sure.

I am agreeing with "muchmeow" - It IS Season 3, Episode 8 - "Ladies Who Lunch" - I just got the complete series on DVD and when I saw your question and peoples' responses regarding "Ladies Who Lunch," I checked out that episode and it is right after Helen and Gail have lunch that Gail tests Joe's quirks by moving a pan's handle and when Joe gets home, he instantly notices it and moves the handle back. LOVE this show!
