Pre-Nancy Sorrell Glory

My thoughts go back to the round of interviews Vic and Bob did as the second series of the show came out. They scared and confused the crap interviewers of the day in equal measure - but bestwas the 8:15 from Manchester. Vic had just released a cover of 'Born Free' and he and Bob were interviewed by scottish poser Ross King. The set was dressed with cuddly lions. Ross was feeling a bit upstaged by the duo so he introduced his next item after the inetrview by going right up to the camera. At this Bob Mortimer thrust a cuddly lion between his legs -giving the viewers and Mr King a fright as this thing just suddenly appeared.. Bloody brilliant.

You can take a horse to water, but you can't climb a ladder with a bell in both hands.
