Just ended a couple of days ago it was an episode where Charlie and Diana finally get it together at a fair ground in the tunnell of love. I know this isn't the last episode (Katherine Helmond is in it as a mystic)
Anyone know when this ep was and why ITV3 stopped there as it's certainly not the last episode.
That is the last episode of the 4th series.
There is indeed 3 further series after it. I am currently on Series 6 on DVD and enjoying it alot :)

I emailed ITV to ask them and got the following reply,
Thank you for your recent email regarding The Upper Hand.
I’m afraid we only hold the rights to transmit 5 series of The Upper Hand, we do not have any indication of acquiring the remaining series at this time.
It's a shame as it would've been good to see the rest of the episodes.
