I hope it's not Shanti. It's not very nice to hope that someone gets killed, but they're characters on a soap opera, so I must admit I hope Mark dies horribly, and then Sarah. Not bloody likely, though, especially not Mark as the killer seems to be targeting women. Or the killer is him. Whatever.

The killer also needs to break the pattern with the next victim - target a male and throw the cops through a loop. Dr. Durvell seems to be the obvious suspect at the moment, so kill him off.
One of my theories is that Jay was killed by someone else - not the same person who killed Claire and Meg. The fact Jay was found by a river instead of in a skip could indicate a copycat killer.
Besides that, no-one really had any motive to want Jay dead. Certainly people had grudges against her, but she was leaving for Australia anyway. She was going to be out of people's lives.
The identity of the killer? Originally, I think Kieran was going to kill Claire and that would be it, that way Kieran could be written out as Adam Rickett only had a short contract to start with, but the character was so popular it was extended, and the serial killer storyline was born.
So who is it? Libby has a motive to want Claire dead, was strangely absent when Meg was killed, and beared a slight grudge against Jay. Maybe it's Craig. He'd have access to the equipment for the surgical procedures, and could well know how to perform them. No real motive though. Of anyone on the lineup ad, I'd say Scotty.
Just my thoughts though.
