Larry David was responsible for all the success.

Nobody else contributed. Seinfield owes everything to the genius of Larry David who wrote all the scripts and gags.

reply

Yeah, that Seinfeld, who needs him. Not to mention the blacks and the jews.

"Get out here, son! There's a doin's a transpirin'!!"

reply

We all saw his act, last year at the playhouse. He's lucky he can pay his rent!

The Falcon flies

reply

You're right, falcon. I didn't find it funny at all. It was just so much fluff.

reply

They should lock him up!

Larry David is the man we have to thank for Seinfeld, but I never cared for Curb Your Enthusiasm.

You omit a foul and unpleasant odor......

It was pretty... pretty... pretty successful.

Now for my next impression... Jesse Owens!

Here's another little skit for Jerry's act:

"The homeless people with cardboard signs at freeway off-ramps, where are they getting their Sharpies and Magic Markers?"

reply

Hey, I am homeless!

They were pretty rough, but they had something.
What was it?
I think it was the trousers.

reply

Uh-oh. Tough crowd.

reply

"Flowmaster, The marker preferred by 9 out of ten homeless!"

reply

"That’s my marker line-up. Where are all my cards?! They’re, they’re all on the floor! And you! How many Flowmasters does that make for you, today?! Like, eight Flowmasters?!"

"No."

"Hey, this Sharpie is good!"

"It’s a Flowmaster! They’re all Flowmasters! It was a setup! A setup, I tell ya! And you’ve robbed it! You’ve all screwed me again! Now, gimme one! Gimme a Flowmaster!"

reply

The Russian word for 'marker' is actually pronounced 'flahmaster', based on the trade name. They never had markers until Flowmasters were imported.

It's not unlike the Russian term for instant rice: Uncle Ben's.

I prefer a Rolling Writer...

reply

What, you got a problem with the pen now?

"You gotta punch the clock, why don't you punch your boss?"

reply

Yeah, yeah. The flahmasters. All the Americans with the flahmasters. Always writing something.

reply

Well, Tolstoy did write 'War: What is it Good For' with a flahmaster.

reply

Jerry doesn't do skits. He has no proper work station.

Who wants to be responsible? Whenever anything goes wrong, the first thing they ask is "Who's responsible for this?"
