I'm certain this happened in every episode

Now I haven't seen the show in a very long time. It seemed that in every episode Hook would slash Peter and hook his cape, and tear it. It was almost like a running gag. Did this happen alot or am I wrong?

Yeah, that did happen a lot. There was also one time he sliced the heals off of his shoes.
