I was just wondering, does anyone know if it is possible to find the score for Northern Exposure?
It's easy to find the songs played on the show and the theme tune obviously. However some of the original music for the show sounds wonderful and I'd like to listen.
One piece in particular I am lookong for, I believe it is Maggie's Theme. It usually plays when she is in her plane, however a new expanded version was introduced at the start of season four (when Maggie is canoeing).
a few bits of David Schwartz' music are on the two soundtrack albums. But I don't own the second one so I don't know if that theme is on there.

Schwartz has (or at least had) a website. I went looking when I re-discovered NX years ago. There might be something there.
As a musician and songwriter I hate to suggest this but if you can't find what you want legally you could probably find a scene on the DVDs or Y-T and copy the music if the scene has no dialog.
