I remember a sketch from the early 90's, but don't know if it was this show. It was about a security guard who worked at a supermarket, and would put people in the supermarket jail for the most trivial of offenses. I distinctly remember the line "Pinch a plum, go to jail" and he would cart off some old granny. Has anyone seen this?

I don't remember that. But it seems even though i'm a big fan of that show and half of them guys on there I can't remember some sketches. So I don't think it was on In Living color but I could be wrong though.

Sounds kind of like a web series with Michael Rappaport called "10 Items or Less".
