I didn't care for the 'Fly Girls'

I know I am going to get hammered for saying this, but it needs to be said. I just never cared for the "Fly Girls". I know it helped to launch the careers of Jennifer Lopez and Carrie Ann Inaba, but I thought they really didn't add anything to the show. The show could have great without them. And I never thought they were all that good-looking, at least at that time. I know there is someone out there that feels the same way.

You sound gay!!!

reply

No just no. It is absoluterly nothing wrong with women in too small spandex hopping up and down and sweating. They were gorgeous, especially Lisa Todd and Deidra Lang.

reply

Yeah, you sir are gay.

I'm a woman and I think they were pretty and all of them were hot. Made me wish I was a Fly Girl.

I agree wholeheartedley. It was boring as hell watching those girls do all those generic new jack swing dances. I watch the reruns even today and am like, *beep* do a skit already!" They are attractive, but hell if you wanna see girls go watch a real porno or something. When I watch in living color I want to chill and laugh. I hated the music acts on SNL and Chappelle Show too. Blech!

reply

I liked the music acts that is like on Nickelodeon All That when they would have musical acts on the show. I'm season 4 on DVD and I have to admit now that the Fly Girls did seem to take up a lot of extra scenes that could have been another skit.

Gay much?

reply

I think they were to appease the audience. Otherwise they're sitting there watching prerecorded skits on a monitor then the cast says goodnight. Lame
