Anybody know if this will come out on DVD?

Preferrably Region 1.

Hi

I contacted A&E America who sold the rights of "The Green Man" back to the BBC. I have asked if there is anyway that they can re-release it as it would be a best seller. I am still awaiting a reply but I think if enough people contact the BBC and ask the "The Green Man" to be put on to DVD then surely they cannot ignore us. The e-mail address I had contacted at first was [email protected].

Why don't we all get together and keep e-mailing the BBC until they sit up and take notice...what do you think?

Pauline

I was lucky to get this on Laserdisc when I bought an LD player from someone and he included 50 LDs for free. One of them being The Green Man.

Just lucky I guess!

The 2007 BBC release DVD looks obsolete now but it looks to be re-released in the UK (region 2), 5th October 2015.

A couple weeks ago, I came across and bought a brand new, still sealed laser disc copy at my local music/movie store for only US$4.00 (Heaps and heaps and heaps of still sealed laser discs all with generic sale stickers on them! Amazing what you can find in an actual shop as opposed to searching for it online!). Now all I have to do is actually find a laser disc player that will actually play the thing...😱. Oh well, at least it's nice to own it at least as a unique obscurity of dated technology and for the large artwork sleeve!
