another tv show - alien boy looking for his brothers and sisters

There was a programme on CBBC around the same time as the Girl from Tomorrow. It was about a boy who finds out he is an alien and he has to go round finding all his brothers and sisters each of whom has their own special gift or talent, some of them are good, some bad. Then at the end he finds out his gift is to do with the future. Does anyone remember this and does anyone know the name? I've been desparately trying to find out for years.
